When the original developer could not complete building Madison Lakes, Walton Development saw an opportunity to acquire and transform the development into a destination community.
While in historic Madison, Georgia, the property’s rural location and large distance from job centers like Atlanta made attracting home buyers a challenge. The lack of messaging differentiation and existing competitors with extensive amenities packages made standing out difficult.
Denmark was engaged to create a platform based on Madison Lakes’ unique combination of both traditional family neighborhoods and active adult neighborhoods in the only multigenerational community around and designed to foster generational togetherness focused on a large, man-made lake, acres and acres of open space, parks and trails.
From planning to brand development, from signage to website, we helped bring Walton’s vision for Madison Lakes to life. The new branding marked a major change in the marketplace, raising awareness of Madison Lakes and creating more prospects and home buyers.
